The Role As a Licensed HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, year-round position based out of our Glastonbury, CT office and reporting directly to the Service Manager. We provide the support, training, and structure so you can focus on what you do best — running calls, fixing systems, and getting paid well for your skillset. The compensation range for this role is $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Requirements

  • Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, S1)
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional communication and customer-facing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail (preferred)
  • Residential service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Communicate clearly with customers and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
  • Follow safety, quality, and customer service standards on every call
  • Participate in paid training, meetings, and company events
