Requirements
- EPA Certified.
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Journeyman's License
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification preferred.
- HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage install technicians. This includes but is not limited to training employees; planning, assigning; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employee
- Quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaints
- Able to assist techs in bidding and estimating jobs
- Ensure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements as well as in adherence with company safety standards
- Pursue training and development opportunities whenever needed to improve capabilities
- Run weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews
- Supervise Apprentices
