With over 155 clinics across the U.S. and Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our clinic in Oakland, Maryland.

Requirements

• Current licensure to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Maryland OR Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree with qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, complemented by a values-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
• Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Patient Education & Community Involvement: Demonstrate a passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.
