About The Position

As a Licensed hearing aid dispenser on our TELUS AI team, you will be interacting directly with study participants taking ear impressions using silicone molds. The role requires class leading operations engagement involving strong verbal communication skills, the ability to empathize with and respond to the customers and team members needs, problem solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast moving, rapidly changing environment. The licensed hearing aid dispenser is expected to represent and promote the TELUS AI brand professionally. Work will take place on site in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in the state of CA
• Master's degree in Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing from an accredited university
• Experience in a clinical setting is optional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proof of license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Receive participants to take their ear impressions using silicone molds following specific requirements
• Experience obtaining ear impression molds
• Have experience working with a variety of ages (teenagers to senior citizens)
• Stay updated on the latest hearing aid technology and best practices
• Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each participant
• Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand
