About The Position

Lyric National Inc. provides skilled nursing facilities and other long-term care facilities with a concierge platform for in-facility healthcare services funded through a supplemental accident and sickness policy (Enhanced Plan). Our program enables residents to access robust medical services-often beyond what traditional Medicaid structures provide-while helping facilities maximize healthcare options for patient care. We are committed to improving healthcare access and financial sustainability for long-term care providers through innovative insurance solutions. Your Role We are seeking In-Facility Health Insurance Agents to work onsite at partner healthcare facilities. In this role, you will educate residents and caregivers/ family members about health insurance options, assist with enrollment, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You'll be a trusted resource for residents and families, helping them navigate coverage options and access essential care. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people understand their insurance benefits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Active state Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain – company will cover licensing costs).
  • 5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, enrollment, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • This is a field based position, ability to travel up to 75% is required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, supplemental insurance products, and long-term care coverage.
  • Experience in healthcare facilities or senior care environments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and insurance fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents and family members to explain health insurance plans and benefits.
  • Assist with enrollment applications and verify eligibility.
  • Provide guidance on coverage options and answer questions clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and internal teams to support client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents and families.
