About The Position
We are seeking Part time or full-time Hair Stylists to join our fun and family-oriented team in Mequon! As part of the leadership team, you’ll help build and mentor a talented group of stylists who provide a world-class haircut experience for kids and families. Requirements
- Current Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
- Passion for coaching and developing a high-performing team
Nice To Haves
- Prior salon management or leadership experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists to achieve salon goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every child leaves smiling
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth execution
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented stylists
- Promote Sharkey’s brand to attract new customers and team members
- Handle guest concerns professionally and gracefully
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards
