Requirements
- A valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
- Availability to work a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends
- Comfort using salon technology and basic admin tools
- Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for people
- Close vision, color recognition, and adjusting focus for precise work
- Standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive movements
- Occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
- Working around fragrances and salon chemicals
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and personalized guest experiences
- Understand client needs with great consultations
- Provide high‑quality services with efficiency and professionalism
- Show off your creativity while using our cutting‑edge techniques
- Help with light administrative tasks, including end‑of‑day system closeouts

- Guaranteed base pay: $12/hr. OR 48% service commission and 8% product commission (whichever is higher)
