Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license in California
• Must have availability on weekends (Mandatory)
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive and motivation
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform amazing blow outs on clients
• Provide an over the top client experience
• Sell products, tools, and memberships
• Perform stylist side work including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product
• Attend regular meetings
