Requirements

• A Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW), licensed in DC and MD.
• Experienced in child welfare and foster care (2+ years preferred).
• Culturally competent and trauma-informed, ready to serve families from every background.
• Organized, courageous, and unafraid to fight for children who cannot fight for themselves.

Responsibilities

• Look into the eyes of children and families and see their potential — not just their pain.
• Conduct safety assessments and guide families toward goals that change futures.
• Supervise visits that preserve the most important bond of all — family.
• Advocate fiercely in schools, courts, and communities to make sure no child is forgotten.
