Requirements

  • Connecticut Fire Sprinkler Journeyman’s license required.
  • Rhode Island and Massachusetts fire sprinkler licenses are highly desirable but not required.
  • At least 4 to 5 years’ experience installing various types of Fire Sprinkler Systems as a Licensed Technician.
  • Experience preferred with installing fire pumps, dry systems, CVPC systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and have a working knowledge of all other components of a Fire Sprinkler System.
  • Comfortable climbing a ladder for work.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s driver requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Modify and/or install sprinkler systems per fire protection drawings from the engineering team.
  • Handle pipe, fittings, valves, and other materials.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player.
