Licensed Family Care Coordinator for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practices in an inpatient psychiatry unit dedicated to serving youth ages 5-17. In addition to completing psychosocial assessments, the position will collaborate with other disciplines in the formation of treatment plans and patient assessments while supporting the unit in providing evidence-based and trauma informed care. Under supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and standards; complete and implement plans designed to promote patient safety; incorporate evidenced-based approaches to psychotherapy; facilitate meetings with patients, guardians, and other treatment team members. The position requires experience with acute mental healthcare and experience in providing psychoeducational & skills-based interventions. Experience with children/adolescents and knowledge of Collaborative Problem Solving is preferred.
