About The Position

Hand and Stone is seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. The esthetician will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience at the spa. The position involves performing various skin care services, including facials and hair removal, while focusing on client satisfaction. Hand and Stone provides all necessary supplies and books appointments, allowing the esthetician to concentrate on delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, hair removal and other skin care services
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
• Carry Professional liability insurance
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
