About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Rockville, MD is expanding our team and seeking passionate Licensed Estheticians to join us as we prepare to open in January! We are looking for skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-driven facial treatments in a welcoming and supportive environment. At Hand and Stone, you'll have access to the latest advancements in skincare, including LED Phototherapy, NuFACE, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation, and Neveskin body shaping treatments. Requirements

• Current Esthetician License in good standing.
• Liability Insurance (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Proven retail and in-room upgrade sales skills are a plus!
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and services.
• A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Must be passionate about skincare and committed to continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent facial and skincare services to our members and guests.
• Design customized treatment plans based on each client's unique skincare goals.
• Perform advanced services such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE, microdermabrasion, and chemical exfoliation.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to stay up to date with the latest skincare trends and techniques.
• Achieve sales goals by recommending products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and effective communication.
• Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
