Requirements

Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
Detail-oriented in treatment delivery, recommendations, and room presentation.
Motivated to achieve results, support teammates, and go the extra mile.
Available 30+ hours/week (mix of mornings, evenings, weekends).
Reliable, flexible, punctual, with dependable transportation.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn booking/product systems.
Positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction are key; customer service/retail experience a plus.
Active Licensed Esthetician with current liability insurance.
1–2+ years hands-on esthetician experience preferred, with passion for advanced skincare and results.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, customized skincare treatments using Skin Authority’s proven protocols and products to achieve guests’ wellness goals.
Create tailored treatment and home-care plans for lasting skin health, radiance, and confidence.
Educate guests on professional products, packages, and add-ons to drive retail and service success.
Perform and promote advanced add-on services to elevate every session with luxury and efficacy.
Build rapport through consultations and visits to foster loyalty, rebooking, and long-term relationships.
Maintain spotless, professional treatment spaces and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Handle guest questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism for outstanding experiences every time.
