Requirements
- Active Esthetician license
- Prior experience providing skincare or facial services
- Familiarity with skincare products and treatment techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial and skincare treatments based on spa standards
- Evaluate client skin concerns and recommend suitable services
- Guide clients on proper at-home skincare routines
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to meet sanitation guidelines
- Document services and client notes accurately
- Support product recommendations in a natural, service-focused way
