Requirements

Active Esthetician license (state-required)
Strong retail and in-room upgrade performance
Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Professional, reliable, and team-driven
Liability insurance required

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality facial and skincare services
Consult with clients and build personalized treatment plans
Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
Create long-term client relationships through education and results
