Requirements

• Active NC Esthetician license in good standing
• Esthetics liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping others feel confident

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced modalities is a plus (training provided!)

• Customize skincare treatments based on each client’s goals
• Create a relaxing, results-driven experience for every guest
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and spa areas
