Requirements

Current state license to perform skincare services
Active liability insurance for skincare therapy is required
Pass background checks
Educated in Dermalogica Brand
Capable of performing full-body 50-minute and 80 minute facial services
A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
Excellent at guest communication

Responsibilities

Customize facial experiences for each guest
Perform service enhancements using Microdermabrasion, Peels, LED Therapy, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of skin care therapy
Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit
