Requirements

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of facial and skincare treatments — including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy — ensuring optimal safety, precision, and effectiveness for every client.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and in-depth consultations to design personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific skin concerns, goals, and conditions.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, pre- and post-treatment protocols, and strategies for maintaining overall skin health and vitality.
• Recommend and create tailored at-home regimens to complement in-clinic treatments and support long-term results.
• Evaluate and document clients’ skin conditions with attention to sensitivities, allergies, and contraindications, modifying treatment protocols as needed to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, tracking treatment history, outcomes, and progress to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control by maintaining a sanitized, organized, and professional treatment environment at all times.
