About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Waterford, MI is looking for a passionate, full-time Spa Manager to lead our team! If you are a goal-oriented leader with a background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a thriving franchise. As Spa Manager, your performance will be measured on the following key success metrics: Membership Growth, Gift Card Sales, Introductory Offer Bookings, EBITA Targets, Staff Utilization (Massage Therapists & Estheticians), Team Recruitment & Retention, New Memberships by SPA Associates, Service Enhancements, Upgrades, and Retail Sales, Employee Satisfaction and Low Attrition.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of management experience in spa, salon, retail, or hospitality industries
• A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting massage and skincare benefits
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for fostering a positive team culture
• A track record of setting and achieving goals, and the ability to inspire others to do the same
• Experience working on commission and coaching others to hit commission goals is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, with a strategic mindset that understands both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals
• The ability to connect with staff and the community, building meaningful relationships
• Ability to develop and nurture connections within the massage and esthetics community
