About The Position

We are in search of an experienced Esthetician who is looking for a exciting position with our spa located in Indian Land, South Carolina for Weekends only. We need an individual who can work both Saturday and Sunday. There is an opportunity for Friday nights as well. This role requires a dedicated professional, whose purpose is to provide an OUTSTANDING client experience. Your passion in skin care and product knowledge will make you a critical part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all skin care supplies, so that you can focus on what you do best - Using your expertise in skin and facial services & treatments to improve the client's overall well-being. Requirements

• Must comply with local and South Carolina licensing laws and regulations as well as spa procedures
• Ideally, looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with skincare, facials, and hair removal services
• High level attention to ethical standards, client confidentiality and a safe working environment
• Excellent customer service skills and providing an exemplary client experience
• Past retail experience required, strong knowledge of facial products and can show a history of exceeding product sales goals
• Team oriented and ability to work well with managers and colleagues
• Remain current on certifications and update as Cosmetology license requires
• Attend mandatory meetings, training, and spa events
• Able to work flexible days and hours, reliability is a must
• Professional manner, discretion and appearance
• Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner
• Must be able to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, peels and other specialized skin care services
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
• Must adhere to local and SC licensing requirements / certification laws and regulations
• Must carry Professional liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services, enhancements & product lines - Dermalogica and Clarity Rx
• Provide individualized skin and facial services / treatments that meet the client's needs and expectations
• Make appropriate recommendations of products and services
• Must be customer service focused
• Have a positive and engaging attitude
• Team oriented
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Must be comfortable doing all types of waxing
