Requirements
- Licensed and savvy with local electrical codes turning on-the-job know-how into action
- Proven track record in electrical techniques, including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
- Committed to continual learning
- Organized with good follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
- A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments
- Electrical license
- Customer service skills
- Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing electrical systems and products
- Clean driving record
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The Individual must be able to pass a background check and drug test as well as possess a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and products.
- Guide customers to informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their needs.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
- Get electrical systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
- Meet (or exceed) goals with expert service.
- Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried
