Requirements

  • Professional Engineering License (PE).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
  • Strong grasp of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Skilled in low and medium voltage systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in optimizing electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in industrial lighting solutions.
  • Experience in integrated facilities design.
  • Proficiency in Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel for installations, meetings, training, and industry events.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of large-scale, complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering.
  • Act as a senior representative of the electrical engineering team in cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Spearhead electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Apply an in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code to craft designs that meet safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Design robust power distribution systems, skilled in both low and medium voltage applications.
  • Optimize power distribution through precise load flow analysis.
  • Craft lighting solutions that boost safety, productivity, and energy conservation.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary projects, offering electrical engineering expertise.
  • Utilize leading software like Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD for modeling and simulation.
  • Directly collaborate with clients to align electrical solutions with their objectives.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Act as a mentor to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Engage in active coaching of junior team members.
