This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation. We love our communities! Requirements

  • A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location)
  • Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
  • Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.
