Requirements

  • MN Dental Assistant License + graduation from accredited DA program
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and software
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and great under pressure
  • Certification or Degree from an accredited Dental Assistant program.
  • MN Dental Assistant License.
  • Proven dedication to provide high quality, comprehensive dental care.
  • Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices.
  • CPR certified.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and reliable.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong? Big plus!

Responsibilities

  • Assist Dentists, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists during procedures
  • Sterilize and set up operatories between patients
  • Take and process dental x-rays
  • Document treatment plans and patient notes accurately
  • Apply sealants, fluoride, and other preventive treatments
  • Support with impressions, temp crowns, and lab prep
  • Educate patients on postop care
  • Keep our workspace safe, clean, and HIPAA-compliant
  • Be an all-around awesome teammate!
