About The Position

Dental Dreams, LLC in Leominster, MA is now hiring Licensed Dental Assistants to join our team! Requirements

Active Dental Assistant license in state of Massachusetts
Dental Radiology Certification
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent On-the-job training
Current CPR certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures by preparing and passing instruments and materials.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection control standards.
Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment details accurately.
Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions to ensure proper care and recovery.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other staff to optimize clinic operations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and answer any questions to promote dental health awareness.
