About The Position

Requirements

Valid Connecticut D-2 license or higher
Proven experience with commercial refrigeration equipment (ice machines, coolers, freezers, etc.)
Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties
Must pass background check and drug screening
Minimum age of 18
Clean driving record that meets company safety standards

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration systems
Remove outdated equipment and install new systems
Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
Maintain clean job sites and company service vehicles
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Accurately complete service documentation and invoices
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
Attend training sessions and maintain a professional appearance
