About The Position

The Field Insurance Service Representative at AAA The Auto Club Group is responsible for providing high-level support to the Insurance Agency and its members by servicing existing insurance accounts. This role involves retention calls, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, resolving customer issues, and promoting various insurance and financial products.

Requirements

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in providing customer-focused service and processing insurance applications.
• Ability to analyze customer insurance needs and determine appropriate coverage levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and insurance systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Knowledge of insurance terminology and general insurance regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Service existing insurance accounts and provide high-level support to the Insurance Agency and members.
• Perform retention calls and process applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Resolve customer problems and sell membership and financial products.
• Provide price quotes on insurance products and factor in applicable rules and discounts.
• Take insurance payments and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance.
• Promote cross-sale opportunities and process customer policies and endorsements efficiently.
• Conduct outbound promotional and retention calls as requested by management.
• Participate in office events to generate insurance revenue and improve member awareness of products.
• Maintain and service insurance policies and respond to inquiries regarding coverage.
• Prepare insurance proposals, policy changes, and billing clarifications.
