Requirements

Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and a heart for patient-centered care
Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

Responsibilities

Carry out individualized OT treatment plans prepared by licensed Occupational Therapists.
Lead therapeutic activities focused on ADLs, fine motor development, motor planning, and cognitive engagement.
Educate clients and families on home safety strategies, adaptive tools, and functional routines.
Work closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Document visits efficiently and accurately to support excellent outcomes.
