Requirements

• Valid NYS P&C insurance license required
• Proven experience as a successful insurance producer
• Established book of business or strong professional network preferred
• Niche specialization or industry focus is a strong advantage
• Self-starter with a strong drive to build, grow, and lead

Responsibilities

• Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Follow up with and close inbound leads provided by the office
• Create and present tailored proposals that demonstrate real value
• Offer expert guidance on insurance coverage, risk management, and industry trends
• Maintain and grow client relationships, assisting with renewals and upselling
• Actively cross-sell policies and identify upselling opportunities across accounts
