About this role: Our Clinic Based Licensed Clinician helps to support our mission and team so we can work in the most efficient and effective way. This position is a vital part of a multidisciplinary team within our Federally Qualified Health Center(FQHC) to address the whole needs of individuals seeking primary care services. Licensed Clinician will work closely with a medical team of prescribers, nurses, and community health workers to improve patient health outcomes utilizing evidence-based practices. The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Marion Co or Franklin Co. Full time. Monday - Friday

Requirements

Masters degree
Must be a Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation

Responsibilities

Should be comfortable with the pace of primary care, working with an interdisciplinary team, and have strong communication skills.
Provide assessment, consultation, and brief intervention for psychological/psychiatric problems and/or disorders.
Will complete comprehensive intake assessments, provide effective treatment planning, and assisting clients in successfully achieving goals.
Will provide short-term therapy for Clinic Based Clients.
Ability to work through brief patient contacts as well as to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions.
