The Marshall St. Landing Licensed Clinician is responsible for administrative clinical oversight for Family Tree’s permanent supportive housing (PSH) program, Marshall St. Landing. This role will provide 1:1 therapeutic services to residents as well as provide required supervision to programmatic case managers. Marshall St. Landing is an 85 unit PSH program, located in Arvada, Colorado. Marshall St. Landing provides supportive housing to people experiencing chronic homelessness and are at or below 30% area median income. This is a 24/7 managed complex with on-sight property management. Residents of Marshall St. Landing often have complex needs, including physical health challenges, behavioral health challenges (including substance use and mental health disorders), developmental delays and have experienced chronic homelessness. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of homelessness, supportive housing and the behavioral health challenges often associatedwith people experiencing homelessness. They will be skilled in the Medicaid billing process and have an ability to manage the process as well as support and train case managers. They will understand and be able to implement supportive housing models, harm reduction and trauma informed care practices. Provide oversight and implementation of Family Tree’s clinical services at Marshall St. Landing. This is an in-office work arrangement. In person work required.
