Key’s Clinical Team is Growing! Due to an expansion of services, we are seeking additional full-time Independently Licensed Clinician for our community-based, comprehensive programs in New Bedford. Total Compensation: Salary: Generous starting salary: Independently Licensed LICSW or LMHC Clinician $75,000 - $80,000. A $5,000 hiring bonus is provided in 2 installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years’ experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases. Insurance: Generous company contribution of over 90% of medical and over 70% for dental premiums. Medical (comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and prescription, plus wellness and vision reimbursement). BC/BS provider network with low deductibles and co-payments. One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings.
