About The Position

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a compassionate, licensed Master's-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to provide specialized mental health services to older adults living in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in the Palm City, Florida area. This position offers flexibility, allowing clinicians to work part-time or full-time, with the autonomy to design their schedule while having access to a professional, supportive team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values independent practice but wants the backing of an established organization. For more than three decades, Cotler Psychology Services has focused exclusively on the mental health needs of seniors. Founded by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, the practice now serves over 160 long-term care communities throughout Florida. Requirements

• Active license in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or near-licensure)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy
• Provide behavioral health interventions
• Provide supportive counseling aimed at enhancing resilience, improving mood, and promoting a higher quality of life
• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive changes, adjustment to new living environments, or behavioral concerns related to chronic illness
• Apply professional judgment and experience to meet the needs of each individual client
