You'll work with diverse individuals, couples, groups, and families, with opportunities to creatively design group programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Independent license: LICSW or LMHC.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled clinical interventions to foster client growth and change.
- Manage continuing care needs, including aftercare and support services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and meet productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance standards (including commercial and Mass Health).
- Engage in regular supervision and cultivate strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrate autonomy and effective time management, with availability for 1-2 evenings weekly.
