About The Position
Seeking an innovative and experienced licensed clinician to provide day to day oversight to Emergency Services Program; including triage of community referrals at Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) and main office locations in Great Bridge. The Licensed Clinician II provides supervision and annual evaluations for Emergency Services clinicians, on call coverage after hours, and crisis assessment/intervention services. The role also involves assisting the ES Program Supervisor with interviewing/hiring processes and training of new staff, oversight of Safety Net Bed cases, re-commitment hearings, and mandatory outpatient treatment. The clinician will oversee the 24-hour Emergency Services schedule, conduct daily quality assurance audits, and collaborate with the Chesapeake Police Department and referral sources.
