About The Position

CNEMG is seeking a talented and energized Clinical Therapist to join their Outpatient Women's Behavioral Health Program (WBH) at Women & Infants Hospital. The Clinical Therapist will provide care to pregnant and postpartum patients who present with a wide variety of mental health concerns in the perinatal period, as well as those specifically engaged in our Perinatal Obsessive Compulsive and Anxiety Related Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Clinical Therapist will have the opportunity to work alongside an incredible multidisciplinary team of perinatal experts and trainees to provide high-quality clinical care. The position offers paid time off, medical, dental and other benefits. Incentive pay beyond the expectations of the role is available but not mandatory.

Requirements

Master's degree required.
Independent Therapy license required; LICSW, LMHC, LMFT

Responsibilities

Carries individual outpatient caseload of perinatal patients under the supervision of the Program Director
Carries individual caseload and facilitates group therapy in Perinatal OCD and Anxiety IOP under the supervision of the Program Director
Conducts Initial Psychiatric Evaluations and care coordination as defined by hospital policy and The Joint Commission standards
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team regarding care coordination, treatment planning, and clinical/behavioral concerns
Completes screening and/or evaluations for patients who are at risk for suicide including CSSRS, Risk Assessment and when indicated, safety plans.

Performs other job-related duties as requested
The Clinical Therapist will have the opportunity to supervise unlicensed clinicians and contribute to the Women's Behavioral Health training programming.
