About The Position

Telehealth Opportunities: HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home This is a 100% remote position, 1099 contract. Licensed in (CALIFORNIA). Adult Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) remote group therapy Thursdays from 8:45 am to 2:15 pm pacific time. Also available for backup Mondays and Fridays. The IOP program groups run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm pacific and the PHP group is from 12:30 to 1:20 pm pacific. From 8:45 – 9:00 is prep time. There are then three 50 min IOP groups that run consecutively with a 10-minute break between each group. There is a 30-minute lunch break from 12 pm to 12:30 pm. The final group is a PHP group from 12:30 pm until 1:20 pm. The rest of the time is provided to complete documentation. This position also provides backup for the other therapist on Mondays and Wednesdays, as needed, to cover if the therapist is sick or on vacation. The clinician needs to be prepared to commit to 5.5 hours per week on a regular basis with flexibility to cover other days as needed. This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues and may have clients joining the group and leaving the group over time. Requirements

• Active clinical licensure in (CALIFORNIA)
• Active Clinical licensure in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Proficiency in using technology for patient management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in group therapy is a plus
• Preferred: Remote Group therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual IOP remote group coverage via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
• Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
• Must have a personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
• Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.
