We are seeking a Clinical Behavioral Therapist to join our talented, dedicated team of professionals who inspire youth to lift their sights to the limitless sky…and soar! As a Clinical Therapist you will engage in the following: Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident. Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care. Requirements
- Licensure in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC and possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences.
- Newly licensed therapists are welcome!
