BACS is excited to be hiring for Two Licensed Program Supervisors in Sacramento to oversee our Community Wellness Response Team (CWRT) program. This innovative program works collaboratively with 988 and Sacramento County to provide urgent response for community members experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis to reduce unecessary emergency services and provide community based resources. The Clinical Program Supervisor position will manage administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement functions that promote the highest element of service provision. BACS’ staff does whatever it takes to stabilize, de-escalate and provide appropriate linkages and the work happens both in the office, and out in the community. This role requires someone who can empower a team to build accountability, trust, and innovation. REQUIREMENTS This is a 100% on site/field based position. A car, driver’s license and insurance is required. The Clinical Program Supervisor must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Services (BBS) as an LCSW or LMFT and able to provide clinical supervision.
