Requirements

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Candidates are required to have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid state of Missouri License
  • Must be licensed and/or eligible to be a Missouri Board Approved Clinical Supervisor
  • Ability and eligibility to supervise up to three provisionally licensed therapists for licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFTs)
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Required experience with children, adolescents and teens
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with children, individuals, couples or families
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Responsibilities

  • Up to 3 hours a week for clinical supervision meetings with pre-licensed staff, when applicable (1 hour per pre licensed staff, up to 3 supervisees)
  • Up to 2 hours a week for clinical notes sign off for pre-licensed staff, when applicable
  • Supervisee point of contact for items such as clinician productivity, unrecorded/unsigned notes/treatment plans/intake paperwork, balance or ledger related questions, training needs, orientation follow up questions, clinical consultation, or treatment plan support.
  • Track hours in partnership with supervisees for full licensure documentation and sign off.
  • Any consistent trends or escalations should be communicated to Clinical Director for added leadership and support where needed.
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • For Full-Time status Clinical Supervisor Therapists must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week (schedule 30-32), if supervising no PLPCs, 25 clients if supervising 1 PLPC (Schedule 28-30), 24 clients if supervising 2 PLPCs (Schedule 26-27), and 22 if supervising 3 PLPCs (Schedule 24-25).
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Other stuff we probably missed adding, but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
