Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
  • LCSW or LPC strongly required.
  • Two years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred.
  • Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide team leadership and administrative support with a multidisciplinary team that provides outpatient clinical care.
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including new hire training and coordinating day-to-day work.
  • Ensure accountability and track outcomes for the outpatient clinical staff.
  • Conduct direct service activities including assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group/couple/family therapy.
