About The Position

We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. The compensation range is between $80,000 and $107,000. This is a W2 employed position that includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K with a 4% match. We provide both part-time and full-time options, continuing education units (CEUs), paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance.

Requirements

• Fully Licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
