About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across Utah. You will support assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining clear clinical documentation. This role offers a reliable remote schedule for licensed clinicians.
Requirements
- Active Utah LCMHC, LMFT or LCSW license
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience with EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Follow Utah licensing and clinical requirements
