About The Position

The Behavioral Health Clinical Social Worker operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide psychosocial support including clinical assessment, counseling, case management and care transitions to patients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, or a substantially similar field of study.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
