We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our telehealth team and provide reliable, ongoing therapy to clients across Kentucky. This role is designed for clinicians who value steady scheduling, clear expectations, and the ability to focus their energy on therapeutic work rather than administrative complexity. Your daily impact comes from consistent client engagement and thoughtful clinical follow-through.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Strong clinical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete psychosocial assessments and intakes
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
- Monitor progress and update care approaches as needed
- Practice in compliance with Kentucky regulations
