About The Position

VitalCheck Wellness, as the administrative agent, is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy and counseling services to employees in a corporate wellness clinic located onsite at a major financial institution in Princeton, NJ. The clinician will focus on delivering individual counseling, mental health support, and coaching services to employees in a corporate office setting. The role may also involve offering guidance to managers and leaders on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. We welcome diverse clinical backgrounds, and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals is considered a plus. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing in the State of New Jersey.
  • Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and coaching managers.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish clinical impressions, and develop appropriate treatment plans within LCSW scope of practice.
  • Provide individual and/or group counseling, mental health support, and evidence-based therapies to employees in a corporate setting.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to help create workplace wellness and accommodation plans when needed.
  • Coach managers and provide tools and strategies to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Make external referrals and coordinate care with other treatment team members, agencies, and healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client contacts, consultations, and updates to treatment plans; adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and assisting with workplace accommodations is a valued addition to this role but not a core requirement.
