About The Position

Requirements
- Active Montana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience working with adult mental health populations
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Document progress notes in accordance with state standards
- Identify risks and follow appropriate clinical protocols
- Participate in team check-ins and care coordination
