Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.
• 1 year of independent licensure

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral Degree
• 2+years of recent experience delivering CBT and evidence-based therapy to youth and adults
• Comfortable treating a diverse range of populations and mental health conditions
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and/or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and interviews to patients
• Develop individualized treatment goals and recommendations based on patients social, emotional, and psychological needs
• Maintain weekly clinical contact with patients
• Completion of documentation/progress notes after clinical contact within 48 hours in the EMR and notes delivered to the assigned representative at the facility
• Maintain working relationship and open communication with facility staff and direct care team
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions
• Monitor client progress virtually through automated assessments and goal-based measures
• Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation through EMR
