Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in Wisconsin
- Training and experience in clinical counseling
- Comfortable with crisis management and working in a secure environment
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Correctional experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
- Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff
